Almost 8 of every 10 Americans are proclaimed Christians. However, only 33% claim to be spiritual. How is this possible? Jesus said in order to be His follower we must abide in Him and be just like Him. Colossians tells us not to focus on things of this world, but focus on things above.
Our American society has a twisted view on what it means to be a follower of Christ. The more tragic aspect of this thougth is that many church attendees have embraced this concept. In April we will explore what a life submissive to our God truly looks like.
